Director of Operations
Paul brought 25 years of operational experience from the hospitality industry when he joined us in 2003. As a general manager for 11 years, he oversaw multiple hotels, primarily for Hilton Hotels. Then he served for 14 years as a regional manager with RFS Hotel Investors, where he was directly responsible for 18 lodging properties.
Paul has extensive experience in all facets of hotel operations, including sales and marketing, food and beverage, and high-volume nightclubs. He understands takeovers, new properties, brand repositioning, staff development and more.
He leverages his insight of day-to-day operations through Maximum Hospitality, an independent DSG-affiliated lodging management firm. Paul helps the staffs of local operations focus attention on activities that drive profitability. That way, the owner and the property staffs have the resources they need to maximize property performance.
