DSG reaches tax incentives deal for massive downtown St. Louis rehab

In September 2021, Development Services Group proposed the rehabilitation of one of downtown St. Louis' largest vacant buildings and reached a deal with the city on tax incentives for the massive project. The project calls for rehabilitating the 2-acre Butler Brothers building at 1717 Olive Street into 385 apartments, an equal number of parking spaces and 16,000 square feet of commercial space.
